
Refund Policy
Pre-Service Decision (Post-Consultation)
All services provided by Digikowle include a mandatory consultation phase conducted prior to the commencement of any work. This consultation is used to confirm scope, expectations, and deliverables.
If a client chooses not to proceed after the consultation, they may request a refund for the service. However, the consultation fee is strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
Active Service Phase
Once a client confirms they wish to proceed and work has commenced, 50% of the payments including the consultation fee become strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Customers may still request a refund for the remaining 50% for shoots that have not yet taken place..
Post-Completion Policy
Once the shoot/s have taken place, services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, delays, dissatisfaction, or any other reason.Due to the nature of Digikowle’s services, which involve time, creative effort, and resource allocation, all payments are final once the service has been completed. Refunds are not permitted after completion under any circumstances.
