Our Content Creation Packages are designed to keep your brand consistently stocked with high-quality visuals. Each package offers multiple e-commerce and lifestyle shoots within a single calendar month, providing a mix of clean, minimal product imagery and dynamic, real-life lifestyle content.

 

Bronze package includes:

- 1 x 3 - hour E-commerce shoot (1 model)

- 1 x 3 - hour Lifestyle Shoot (1 models)

- Creative Direction

- All raw content delivered in 24 - 48 hours

- Up to 50 edited pieces of content, delivered in 7 days from shoot

- 15 fully edited images (For each shoot)

- 5 edited videos (For each shoot)

- Approx. 60 raw videos (For each shoot)

- Approx. 295 raw images (For each shoot)

 

Silver package includes:

- 1 x 3 - hour E-commerce shoot (1 model)

- 1 x 3 - hour Lifestyle Shoot (1 Model)

Refund Policy

1. Payment & Consultation
All services require full payment upfront, followed by a consultation call. After the consultation, clients must confirm whether they would like to proceed with the service.

2. Project Confirmation & Planning
If the client chooses to proceed, planning will begin. At this stage, 50% of the total service fee becomes non-refundable, as it is allocated toward securing shoot locations, props, and other production elements, which are themselves non-refundable.

3. Cancellations Before the Shoot
Clients may request a refund before the shoot takes place. In such cases, a 50% refund of the total service fee will be issued, excluding the consultation fee.

4. Post-Shoot Policy
Once the shoot has been completed, the service is considered 100% non-refundable under all circumstances.

Delivery Policy

Raw Content Delivery All raw footage or unedited photos will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the shoot. 

Edited Content Delivery Final edited content will be delivered within 7 days after the raw content has been delivered. This includes all agreed-upon edits, retouching, and final formatting.

Service Policy

Digikowle does not operate as a fast-turnaround or on-demand service. All shoots require structured planning, including (but not limited to) concept development, moodboarding, location sourcing, model outreach, availability coordination, and shoot scheduling.

Clients must share intended launch dates as early as possible so feasibility can be assessed and timelines confirmed. Late or last-minute requests may not be accommodated.

Shoot Scheduling Policy

1. Content Packages
For all content packages, shoots will be scheduled and completed within 30 days from the date of full payment.

2. Other Content Services
For all other content services, shoots will be scheduled within 2 weeks from:

  • The completion of the consultation call, and
  • The delivery of all required products to our PO Box

Both conditions must be met before scheduling can be confirmed.

Last-Minute Bookings & Expedited Requests

Last-minute bookings or fast-tracked delivery requests are subject to an additional £200 fee.

Communication Policy

Email is Digikowle’s primary and official communication channel. We do not operate as a live chat service. We aim to respond promptly; however, clients must allow up to 24 hours for a response before sending follow-ups. Excessive or repeated follow-ups within this timeframe will not speed up responses and may result in the termination of the service.
