Refund Policy
Due to the customised nature of this service, the Monogram Logo service is non-refundable. Once the design process has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Delivery Policy
This service includes an initial consultation call at the start of the project, followed by one review call two (2) weeks later. If revisions are requested during the review stage, a further two (2) weeks will be required to complete and deliver the final monogram logo design.
