Refund Policy
Once the scheduled shoot has taken place, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
Delivery Policy
Raw Content Delivery
All raw footage or unedited photos will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the shoot. Delivery will be made via a secure online link or preferred method agreed upon in advance.
Edited Content Delivery
Final edited content will be delivered within 7 days after the raw content has been delivered. This includes all agreed-upon edits, retouching, and final formatting.
